With Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s sudden passing, control of the Supreme Court—and with it the fate of the Constitution—has become the deciding issue for many voters in the 2020 presidential election. And the stakes could not be higher.
With a simple majority on the Supreme Court, the left will have the power to curtail or even abolish the freedoms that have made our country a beacon to the world. We are one vote away from losing the Republic that the Founders handed down to us. Our most precious constitutional rights hang by a thread.
Senator Ted Cruz has spent his entire career on the front line of the war to protect our constitutional rights. And as a Supreme Court clerk, solicitor general of Texas, and private litigator, he played a key role in some of the most important legal cases of the past two decades.
In One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History, you will discover how often the high court decisions that affect your life have been decided by just one vote. One vote preserves your right to speak freely, to bear arms, and to exercise your faith. One vote will determine whether your children enjoy their full inheritance as American citizens.
Cruz's nightmare is Kamala and her senile sock puppet packing the Supreme Court after which liberal tyranny reigns and liberal judges rubber-stamp it
Are our freedoms really balanced on the edge of a cliff just waiting for liberal radicals like Kamala Harris to topple them over the edge with a psychotic cackle of glee? It depends how we as citizens respond to the de facto coup d'etat from the liberal/media conglomerate. If we put our heads in the sand, pretending not to notice the FBI's joining with radical liberals and the media to throw a legitimately elected president out of office, then the answer to the question is that yes, Crazy Kamala will either kick these rights over the edge or get her senile sock puppet to do it for her. And this is why Cruz' One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History is so urgent. Only a conservative court can protect us. Only a court the liberal radicals DIDN'T PACK can protect us.

Happily, there are people like Senator Ted Cruz on our side and Washington Times Charles Hurt standing with him: "For four years now, the decent citizens of this country have suffered through the unhinged mental breakdown of the national political media, baying like crazed hounds chasing after the craziest conspiracy theories that foreign governments could come up with.
"Some of the most deranged toilet hounds still cling to the dirtiest scraps from Moscow hotel rooms.
"So please, Twitter [and Facebook], curb yourself. If you want to tag conspiracy theories on your stupid 'platform,' start with the ones that have been peddled by the Kremlin during the entire Trump administration.

"And it’s not just the national media that’s exposed itself. At the highest levels of government, elected officials have proven themselves to be dishonest, corrupt and willing to embrace the most implausible conspiracy theories — so long as they can be used against President Trump." "The Democrat nominee in this election [Biden] is a man who [like the Obamas] is embarrassed by America. His campaign is an apology for all that America is and the very principles and ideals America was founded upon.
Joseph R. Biden is a man of Washington, trying to strangle America; how does a single one of these politicians take the oath to 'support and defend' a Constitution they hate?
"Joseph R. Biden is a man of Washington, trying to strangle America. . . . Tell me how is it possible that a single one of these politicians takes the oath to 'support and defend' a Constitution they openly believe must be wrenched apart? How do they claim to defend the Constitution from all enemies — foreign and domestic — if they themselves are the enemy of that very Constitution? . . . But it is not just Mr. Trump who is on the ballot this year. It is the Constitution and America as we know it." (Source: America itself is on the ballot, Charles Hurt, Washington Times)
"It is no great overstatement to say that, in the 2020 presidential election, the media did not so much cover the Biden campaign as they were the Biden campaign. What, had they been officially charged with that task, would they have done differently? During the last year, major outlets such as the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Atlantic, and NPR got into the habit of prominently featuring any news that could plausibly hurt President Trump while assiduously refusing to run stories that might have hurt Joe Biden." Folks, the mainstream fake media are not reporters—they are propagandists. Fox, One America News Network, Newsmax TV, The Blaze and The First are conservative antidotes to all this leftwing propaganda.
"So when Republican nominees side with the left on the Court, they’re praised in the newspaper, lionized as statesmen, and fêted publicly.
Clarence Thomas is wisely against affirmative action, which he, and we, and many conservatives, think is a racist idea
"This is so true that the former longtime Supreme Court reporter for the New York Times, Linda Greenhouse, had an entire syndrome named after her. Dubbed the 'Greenhouse effect,' it was used to describe how justices like Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor gradually move ever more leftward in order to receive adoring praises from Greenhouse’s coverage in the New York Times.
"It’s not just the press coverage; it’s also the entire dynamic of Washington, D.C. Justices who move to the left are welcome at cocktail parties. They are treated with respect, with deference, even with praise and adoration. They are among the 'cool kids.' Republican-nominated Supreme Court justices who do not do that are barely acknowledged in polite society.
"If you look back at the history of Republican nominations, there’s a clear difference between the Republican picks who stuck to their guns once they made it to the bench and those who backed down. And presidents and senators should examine that pattern before nominating or confirming anyone to the Court. . . .
There’s no better predictor of whether a Supreme Court justice will remain strong and faithful to the Constitution than whether he or she has a long record of being excoriated by the press and mocked by the legal academy
"Indeed, I believe there’s no better predictor of whether a Supreme Court justice will remain strong and faithful to the Constitution than whether he or she has a long record of being excoriated by the press, mocked by the legal academy, and ridiculed by polite society, and holding his or her ground nonetheless." "And in a matter of weeks, the result of this presidential election could come down to the court. [It didn't] If the election results are challenged, a four-four court can't decide anything. We need a full Court on Election Day, given the high likelihood we're going to see litigation that goes to the court. We need a nine justice Supreme Court that can give a definitive answer for the country. When it comes to our fundamental rights and contentious policy issues, we are one vote away from either upholding the Constitution and preserving our liberties or destroying them. For ourselves and for posterity, we have a solemn obligation not to let that happen." (Source: Sen. Ted Cruz: We are one vote away from losing our fundamental liberties, Ted Cruz, CNN)
"'We need judges and Justices who are committed to the full panoply of constitutional issues — and who have demonstrated their commitment and bled for those ideals over the course of their careers,' Cruz wrote in a Fox News essay adapted from the book [One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History]." Another example of the Leftists wrecking the country and sane people resisting them in ways that will probably end up before the Supreme Court sooner than later is space exploration: Planetary exploration is simply not woke enough and it should cancel all plans immediately and be replaced with studies of the 1619 Project, a sick, racist, anti-American, crazed bunch of propaganda by the New York Times that made them seem like they'd lost their minds. Prominent historians and political commentators complained in droves at its foolish exaggerations, halftruths, misrepresentations, and outright lies, and yet the educators jammed it down the throats of schools, so that our children will learn to hate America, its Founders, and its founding. This is more than radical leftwing craziness—it is treasonous propaganda that will delight Marxists, socialists, China, Russia, and communists everywhere. "In October 2020, NASA’s Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey committee received a manifesto from its Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group (EDIWG). Written by NASA Ames Research Center public-communications specialist Frank Tavares — along with a group of eleven co-authors including noted activists drawn from the fields of anthropology, ethics, philosophy, decolonial theory, and women’s studies — and supported by a list of 109 signatories [trying desperately to show how woke they are with pathetically desperate virtue signalling], 'Ethical Exploration and the Role of Planetary Protection in Disrupting Colonial Practices' lacks technical merit. It is, nevertheless of great clinical interest, as it brilliantly demonstrates how the ideologies responsible for the destruction of university liberal-arts education can be put to work to abort space exploration as well.
"With praiseworthy clarity as to their bias and intent, the EDIWG authors say that human space exploration must be stopped because it represents a continuation of the West’s tradition of resource development through free enterprise. 'All of humanity is a stakeholder in how we, the planetary science and astrobiology community, engage with other worlds,' they say. 'Violent colonial practices and structures — genocide, land appropriation, resource extraction, environmental devastation, and more — have governed exploration on Earth, and if not actively dismantled, will define the methodologies and mindsets we carry forward into space exploration. . . . It is critical that ethics and anticolonial practices are a central consideration of planetary protection. We must actively work to prevent capitalist extraction on other worlds, respect and preserve their environmental systems, and acknowledge the sovereignty and interconnectivity of all life.'" Biden is hostage to a ragtag revolution of anti-American socialists and cop-hating anarchists who have demands. None is clearer or more vital to their twisted agenda than tearing down Mr. Trump’s wall, as well as undoing everything Mr. Trump accomplished in his first term

"The former Fox News host [Megyn Kelly] told podcast listeners this week that it may be time to leave The Big Apple after a woke school attempted to inculcate her children with extreme racial propaganda. 'It’s so out of control on so many levels, and after years of resisting it, we’re going to leave the city. We pulled our boys from their school, and our daughter is going to be leaving hers soon, too,' Ms. Kelly said during a Monday broadcast [of her podcast] . . . The breaking point [for Kelly] appears to be a letter that was circulated among a 'diversity group' and “allies,” which framed White children, for all intents and purposes, as incubating 'killer cops.'." (Source: Megyn Kelly pulls kids from woke school pushing claims of ‘white … state-sanctioned depravity’, Douglas Ernst, Washington Times)
Liberal radicals that are woke say that White children, for all intents and purposes, are incubating 'killer cops'
We will be in danger of losing the Republic that the Founders handed down to us if the leftists find a way to pack the court so it's topheavy with liberals, after which our rights will be dumped by radical Democrats. Given that the Democratic values were going off the rails and reflecting radical leftist ideas of socialism, victimization ideology, political correctness, and a sick form of social justice where the First Amendment was sacrificed on the altar of self righteousness and victimhood and hatred of all white males (the victimizers), Republican values are being chosen by more Americans every day—and not just by the denizens of the basket of deplorables. You can tell because the citizens added G.O.P. members to the House of Representatives instead of precipitating the Democrats' hoped-for blue wave, and Trump did great with minorities that the clueless Democrats had been defining as helpless victims of racism, white supremacy and Trump values. The election shows that the minorities are gaining self-respect and are tired of the leftist propaganda defining them as helpless victims. About time! One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History does a great job of drawing citizens' attention to the incredible importance of Supreme Court composition. We recommend it highly.
