The Truth Behind Trump Derangement Syndrome: 'There is More Than Meets the Eye'
a book by John Fraser
(our site's book review)
Trump-loving preachers will like this tome since he'll be preaching to the choir, but other folks will likely not, unless they're ready to swallow the Trump presidency as a 'spiritual good'
The Amazon blurb says that NEW RELEASE: Never before have we seen such hatred towards an American President. It's one thing to disagree and dislike a president but to be outraged, calling for impeachment every day is unprecedented and not the norm. What is the root cause of this negativity and why are people getting so emotional about him? These are questions that many folks have attempted to answer, but the real reasons have been difficult to pinpoint...Until now...
The world in not ready to swallow the Trump presidency as a 'spiritual good' even though Fraser swallows it eagerly
Join author John Fraser as he ventures on a spiritual journey that exposes another side that is not being reported. From the moment God showed him how Donald Trump was going to bring law and order and help restore America to its former days to the candid explanations of various scriptures that support people’s current behavior. Take heed as an unseen enemy is revealed and discover the many truths that will inspire a better way of life. Find many of the answers to your questions that begin with "WHY"…one page at a time!
John Fraser has been a Bible teacher and a pastor for over seventeen years. He is dedicated to educating people on how God's kingdom works here on the earth and how to apply God's principles to their every day lives. He has two grown children, Tania and Jonathan, and resides with his wife Nancy in New York.
Donald Trump provides plenty to dislike, so suggesting he is some sort of prophet because he has dissenters is unreasonable and more than a little naive, although he IS filling the role of the alt-right's Ayatollah Trumpowski
Donald Trump, our Commander-in-Tweet, provides plenty to dislike, so suggesting he is some sort of prophet because he has dissenters is unreasonable and more than a little naive.
Fraser sees Trump as a savior coming in on a white horse to fulfill Biblical prophesies and do God's work
Because Fraser sees Trump as a savior coming in on a white horse to fulfill Biblical prophesies and do God's work, it is reasonable to ask Fraser: What have you been smoking?
Fraser seems to be saying that because Trump is pro-life and pro-Israel, he was chosen by God to be President. If you disagree with anything Trump does, then you are doing Satan's work and you are deranged. How do you know if it is God or Satan speaking to you? Just seek your truth and the truth will set you free to see Trump as God's servant. It's that easy! Believers in Biblical stuff were mostly caught flat-footed by Trump's election (asking Why hast thou forsaken me/us?) so they are finding ludicrous justifications that will allow them to see the Trump presidency as a spiritual good, even though he is the least spiritual man around.
If they cannot see the Trump presidency as a spiritual good, then they'll have to start believing that God makes mistakes, which they cannot tolerate. A wiser perspective might just be that God isn't "making things happen" on Earth as if we are all His puppets to play with, therefore the Trump presidency is not His fault anymore than Hitler was.
Are we all merely sinful little puppets?
Fraser is dedicated to educating people on how God's kingdom works here on the Earth and how to apply God's principles to their everyday lives. But by "preaching" to us that the Trump presidency is a spiritual good, perhaps it is time a wiser teacher takes Fraser under his wing and explains a few of the basic spiritual facts to this man. The whole Trump thing shows how God's kingdom doesn't work very well here on the Earth, because the world is in a terrible mess and Trump has made it much worse in record time, with evil authoritarian strongmen all over the globe copying Trump's greedy, immoral, demagogic style.
But Fraser is saying don't believe your eyes, believe Fraser's twisted Biblical interpretation of the Trump phenomenon. Some of the least intelligent folks from the Hillary-named basket of deplorables will do just that—letting Fraser do their thinking for them. But most folks—even in Trump's base (who are NOT actually deplorable, Hillary!)—will find the Trump presidency as a spiritual good just too much to swallow, and they'll take a hard pass on the Trump/spirituality oxymoron. See Trump's Enemies: How the Deep State Is Undermining the Presidency.
Some of the least intelligent folks from the Hillary-named basket of deplorables will let Fraser do their thinking for them about Trump spirituality, but most will not—it's just too much to swallow
Why put Trump in a MAGA hat driving a chariot on the front cover? When Jehu became the king of Israel, he headed toward a city called Jezreel while riding on a chariot. As Fraser says, "He drove fearlessly towards his enemies with boldness and confidence. He was like no other, for he immediately destroyed and overturned the unholy things in Israel and began to bring law and order to the land and hold the ones responsible for causing Israel to get into the condition they were now in." Jezebel, the queen of Israel, did evil so she was replaced by Jehu. Like Israel in the scriptures, America has fallen into all kinds of ungodly lifestyles without realizing it.
Washington has been filled with so many rats and swamp creatures for so long that it would take someone with a heart of steel to change it
Many have awakened in fear and disgust to these radical, liberal, Jezebel-like ways in Washington and elsewhere in the U.S. (absolutely true) and now wonder how things can be changed back. (See Psychological Dysfunction.) The author's answer is Trump in a MAGA hat driving a chariot to Washington to help us turn our country around! Fraser says "Washington has been filled with so many rats and swamp creatures for so long that it would take someone with a wrecking ball, a heart of steel, and more energy than the Energizer Bunny to get the job done." The problem here is that the G.O.P. and Trump have taken a wrecking ball to our democracy, not to swamp creatures and corruption.

Analysis of Jerusalem by William Blake
"Bring me my Bow of burning gold:
Bring me my arrows of desire:
Bring me my Spear: O clouds unfold!
Bring me my Chariot of fire!"
"As clear from the verses, it’s another allusion to the biblical verses from Kings. It’s the story of Elijah, one of the biggest prophets of Old Testament. In this story, the prophet Elijah is taken on a heavenly ride in a chariot of fire. He ascends to heaven in this godly vehicle created during the normative imagination of the time to justify god’s divine message. He wants to reincarnate the similitude of this fantasy tale written in Bible."
"The events get doubly interesting since Elijah brings divine wrath upon those who deserved it. As the fictional legend goes, Elijah orders divine fire from the skies in order to neutralize a group of people. In essence, he intends to destroy these imminent heresies known as mills destroying the very essence of natural existence bringing mechanization into its fold. William Blake is intensely connected to Bible and its fictional legends, bringing them into play as his poems progress to render a dramatic sound and grandness." Fraser apparently fancies himself a latter-day William Blake, complete with chariot and with spiritual passion to burn—the issue we see is he doesn't bring much intellectual passion to go with the spiritual passion

Contrary to his promise to “drain the swamp” in Washington, DC, Trump has filled his cabinet with millionaires and billionaires, from Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, a Goldman Sachs and hedge fund veteran who made much of his fortune foreclosing on homeowners to billionaire heiress Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, who has already put the interests of bankers ahead of debt-burdened students and their families.
Draining the Swamp—Trump promised to 'drain the swamp' in Washington, dumping people who were only there to exploit their positions
Stocking the Swamp—Contrary to his promise to 'drain the swamp' in Washington, Trump has filled his cabinet with millionaires and billionaires who are already exploiting their positions
We need to understand the reasons so many people "hate" this president and not write them off as simply being under demonic control, which Fraser does. Trump is corrupting our government and dismantling our democracy, employing shock politics while submitting our nation to his random impulses, none of which are generated by thought, and all of which are generated by ego, self-interest, greed, branding, vengeance, whim, and often racism, sexism, and/or xenophobia. He brags that he never reads and those that know him see that he never listens and never learns. I.e., he is the most dangerous and unstable man who's ever been president.
Make America Great Again is the pretense; Make American Oligarchs Even Richer Again is the reality of Trump's platform
Millions of citizens were unwilling to stomach the idea of the establishment queen as president (See The Destruction of Hillary Clinton.)
Trump only got elected because of so many people being unwilling to stomach the idea of the establishment queen as president. Between horrible Benghazi and Libya errors, support for political correctness nonsense that 80% of the U.S. say they are sick of, email server issues that made her look stupid and irresponsible, and various allegations from Russian fake news websites and posts, people were desperate for an alternative. Trump really did represent change while she represented more of the same which people were/are unhappy with.
It turned out that Trump's changes were mostly for the worse and the wars he promised to exit are still going. He's plunging us into hopeless debt because he believes rich people like him and rich companies like his should not have to pay much taxes—let the struggling nonrich take up the slack. Trump spins all these outrages as "for the little guy" and "for the economy" and "to Make America Great Again," but people whose eyes are open are not fooled. It is interesting that a few preachers (Fraser) have been fooled, along with the "deplorables" and nondeplorables in Trump's base.

The term "Trump derangement syndrome" is a play on "Bush derangement syndrome," which was coined by conservative columnist Charles Krauthammer in 2003, which he defined as "the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency – nay – the very existence of George W. Bush." Krauthammer later defined "Trump derangement syndrome" as a "general hysteria" among critics of Mr. Trump.
"Donald Trump derangement syndrome works both ways. It makes the President’s enemies hate him so much they go insane. It also affects Trump’s allies and supporters, who love him so much that they have become demented. Among Republicans in Washington, you still have elitist Never Trumpers, who loathe him with a pathological fury. You also have a growing number of insider loyalists who revere him so intensely that they’ve gone blind. They are Ever Trumpers. . . . Now, having lost the House of Representatives in the midterms, Trump seems less likely than ever to complete the revolution his acolytes crave. The Democrats will use their House majority to fire what’s being called ‘the subpoena cannon’. They will start endless Congressional oversight investigations into his tax affairs, his murkier business dealings, and much else." (Source: Meet the Ever Trumpers, the apostles who will never forsake the President: His loyal disciples are suffering from Donald Trump derangement syndrome, Freddy Gray, the Spectator)
"Donald Trump, the most-unlikely and least-liked president in the history of the United States, had barely celebrated his first 100 days when calls for his impeachment started flying faster than Anthony Weiner dick pics at a Girl Scout cookout. For the good of democracy, don't you see, the Republicans must not only be kicked to the curb in the 2018 midterms, but the president himself must be thrown into the street . . . Assuming the worst about Trump at this point, his behavior doesn't come close to rising to that level or the actions undertaken by, say, Ronald Reagan during Iran-Contra. . . . And get this: However unpopular Donald Trump is, Congress is even less trustworthy. . . . We need a new politics that is ultimately based on policy, not personalities; policy, not politics; and policy, not partisanship. We need to demand more of our elected representatives and we need to start yesterday." (Source: All This Impeachment Talk Is Pure Trump Derangement Syndrome, Nick Gillespie, Reason)
Over 40% of our citizens want Trump gone, but over 30% of our citizens would be happy to see him crowned as King of the United States
