Starting a New Corporation—The Microcommunity Corporation

- The new company can be nonprofit or profit, whichever the investor thinks will work best
- It will have the goal of spreading a specific type of microcommunity (MC) all over the U.S. first, then all over the world
- The investor will take no risks with unknown people
- The authors of this web page and website do not want a cent—they have no financial interest in the company
- Our intention is to get an investor to use the smartest people he or she knows and trusts to start—or get someone to start—a company which will be run by whomever the investor desires
- It's fine if the investor and/or the principles of this MC corporation see this new corporation as a money-making, profit-making opportunity
- It's also fine if the investor and/or the principles of this MC corporation see the company as a way to help the U.S. and the world get its act together since things are going in very dangerous directions
- It's equally fine if investor and/or the principles of this MC corporation see the company as BOTH of the previous contexts (the last two statements)
- What's important is not motive or context but whether or not the company gets created so it can start MC instigation and empowerment
- The company may, if desired, see the MC (microcommunity) instigation and empowerment activities as an opportunity to invest in real estate development and/or housing construction, building MCs that would get populated once the media blitz creates the interest—there are dozens of possible adjunct business opportunities that the MC corporation may want to invest in
- The most essential company function would be to finance and manage a multipronged, lengthy and ongoing media campaign which would include movies, TV shows, several TV series, celebrity endorsements and media appearances, as well as managing and coordinating ongoing website and social media activity to continuously educate the public about MCs
- The media blitz would need to include one or more long, hard-hitting inspirational movies and a supporting TV series and celebrity endorsements and famous people speeches
- Given the price of movie making and TV series producing and celebrity endorsements and famous people speeches, we figure the initial media blitz investment would be around a billion dollars
- If the new corporation CEO and his/her associates know what they're doing and succeed with the movies(s) and TV series, the money invested will be recouped and there will be a profit
- There's probably a best method to accomplish all this effectively, relative to business model and profit or nonprofit status—the leaders of the corporation would be sharp business people, so they'll know what to do and how to do it
- The world would pull back from the brink at the same speed that lifestyles transform, because that is why MCs exist—to make life work very well, creating family happiness, national happiness, world happiness, and world survival
- Since most people with their eyes wide open can see that the world is headed toward a cliff, we're all trying to figure out a way to avoid this cliff, and yet no one seems to have any solutions better than bombing terrorists (and other violence-based solutions) to offer, which are obviously a mere postponement strategy and not a cliff-avoidance strategy; see Summary of Why MC Movement Is a Necessity and recall that most experts expect WMDs will hit the U.S. sooner, not later
- The solution our website and novel outlines is the product of decades of research, thinking, and writing, and it is the ONLY solution that has any hope of success: no amount of bombs, attacks, prayer, hope, diplomacy, treaties, or U.N. actions have the slightest hope of working, since they fail to identify and address THE ROOT CAUSES of the problems; i.e., so they're essentially painting over a serious rash with makeup rather than administering antibiotics

- The strategy is to have the media blitz created by the MC corporation inspire MC creation by early adopters in the U.S., and when those around them see the results of their MCs, they will start them as well—and so on . . .
- There's no way for a "test" MC to be created to try to "prove" anything, but this is unneeded since each of the aspects of the lifestyle enhancements have already been proven for many years
