Stealing America: What My Experience with Criminal Gangs Taught Me about Obama, Hillary, and the Democratic Party
a book by Dinesh D'Souza
(our site's book review)
The Amazon blurb says that WHY HILLARY, OBAMA, AND THE ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY ARE NO BETTER THAN A GANG OF THIEVES
In the fall of 2014, outspoken author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza found himself hauled into federal court for improperly donating money to an old friend’s Senate campaign. D’Souza pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight months in a state-run confinement center. There he lived among hardened criminals—drug dealers, thieves, gangbangers, rapists, and murderers. Now the bestselling author explains how this experience not only changed his life, but fundamentally transformed his view of his adopted country.
Previously, D’Souza had seen America through the eyes of a grateful immigrant who became successful by applying and defending conservative principles. Again and again, D’Souza made the case that America is an exceptional nation, fundamentally fair and just. In book after book, he argued against liberalism as though it were a genuine movement of ideas capable of being engaged and refuted.
But his prolonged exposure to the criminal underclass provided an eye-opening education in American realities. In the view of hardened criminals, D’Souza learned, America is anything but fair and just. Instead, it is a jungle in which various armed gangs face off against one another, with the biggest and most powerful gangs inhabiting the federal government. As for American liberalism, it is not a movement of ideas at all but a series of scams and cons aimed at nothing less than stealing the entire wealth of the nation, built up over more than two centuries: the total value of the homes, the lifelong savings of the people, the assets of every industry, and all the funds allocated to health and education and every other service, both public and private. 'The thieves I am speaking about want all of it.'
And who are the leading figures in this historically ambitious scam that has turned the federal government into a vast and unprecedented shakedown scheme? Why, none other than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton
And who are the leading figures in this historically ambitious scam that has turned the federal government into a vast and unprecedented shakedown scheme? Why, none other than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton – the current leaders of the Democratic Party. This pair of smooth-talking con artists, trained in the methods of radical activist Saul Alinsky, have taken his crude but effective political shakedown techniques to a level even he never dreamed of.
As the nation approaches a crucial election in 2016 [the book was written in 2015], Stealing America: What My Experience with Criminal Gangs Taught Me about Obama, Hillary, and the Democratic Party is an urgent wakeup call for all Americans who want to prevent this theft from being completed by eight more years of Democratic rule.
"In the view of hardened criminals [which D’Souza got while a political prisoner for writing an anti-Obama book], America is anything but fair and just. Instead, it is a jungle in which various armed
gangs face off against one another, with the biggest and
most powerful gangs inhabiting the federal government.
Applying this hardboiled perspective to American politics, D’Souza saw that America is becoming less exceedingly exceptional every day. Indeed, it is in danger of becoming just like India and other corrupt third world nations, run by gangs of kleptocrats. As for American liberalism, it is not a movement of ideas at all; it is but a series of scams and cons aimed at nothing less than stealing the wealth of the American people.
With biting wit and literary brio, D’Souza describes these liberal cons and the rationales and methods used to justify and execute them. Stealing America: What My Experience with Criminal Gangs Taught Me about Obama, Hillary, and the Democratic Party is a vital wake- up call for Americans who still believe that theirs is an exceptional nation."

Liberal politics is based on what is called the Robin Hood Scam. Liberals claim to take from the rich to give to the poor but, unaccountably, most of our tax dollars end up being used to enrich themselves and their backers while building their power base.

If serious crimes of the rich were prosecuted, Dubya and Obozo would be behind bars now, but the rich and/or powerful don't even get slaps on the wrist anymore
"The Democratic Party is an organized crime syndicate bent on stealing America out from under its citizens. So purports noted documentary filmmaker and conservative author Dinesh D'Souza (America: Imagine a World Without Her) in his new book, written during his eight-month confinement in a halfway house as a result of his conviction for illegal campaign donations. . . . [He looks at] Saul Alinksy and President Obama and Hillary Clinton, comparing them to characters out of Goodfellas and The Godfather. D'Souza enlivens the familiar material of political screeds with the colorful language of the criminals he came to know, adding to it his own insights as a seasoned political commentator. This is a must-read for any right-leaning readers looking ahead to the 2016 election." D’Souza somehow believes the Democrats are the only hogs at the trough; a closer investigation would reveal that Trump and his Republican sycophants are right in there scarfing up pig slop like there is no tomorrow. There are many books that could open his eyes:

D’Souza views the Progressive movement as a criminal enterprise designed to pull off the biggest heist in world history: getting effective control of the ginormous wealth created by America’s entrepreneurs. This bounty, the author argues, was made possible by the country’s embrace of a capitalist system that rewards industry and innovation and discourages theft. Democrats, however, by reversing traditional American values, seek to acquire power by demonizing wealth-creators and rewarding victims (the core of political correctness ideology) with trickle-down shares of the national loot—all while portraying themselves as righteous advocates of social justice. And social justice warriors are the key heroes of the Left. See Illiberal Education: The Politics of Race and Sex on Campus.
Obozo set records for the most lies per year. Here's Obozo bidding us adieu as he left office—yes, he IS flipping us off!
It is a sad commentary on Obama's corruption that under his watch D’Souza was sentenced to eight months in a state-run confinement center where he lived among hardened criminals. Other people found to have improperly donating money end up with slaps on the wrist or small fines but no prison and if any went to prison it was the country club type with no hardened criminals around, just white collar criminals. The fact that D’Souza had written a book critical of Obama and that fact that the judge was an Obama fan made D’Souza's sentence totally political oppression and nothing less, and made D’Souza a poliical prisoner.

Obozo says 'I am not a crook,' but we all know better!
Obama attacked election reforms at every opportunity, ensuring the illegals and deceased people were doing lots of voting! This fellow just climbed out of his grave and is headed for the voting booth!
D’Souza tells us in Obama's America: Unmaking the American Dream, America as we know it—wealthy, powerful, assertive—is not what Obama wants. He wants a smaller America, a poorer America, an America unable to exert its will, an America happy to be one power among many, an America in decline so that other nations might rise—all in the name of global fairness. To Obama, the hated '1 percent' isn’t just wealthy Americas; it is America itself. In Obama’s view, America needs to be taken down a notch. And in The Roots of Obama's Rage, D’Souza tells us This philandering, inebriated African socialist (Obama's father), who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anti-colonial ambitions, is now setting the nation’s agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son is the one who is making it happen, but the son is, as he candidly admits, only living out his father’s dream.
During Obozo's presidency, D’Souza says the U.S. agenda was set by a philandering, inebriated African socialist (Obama's father), who raged against the world
"Newt Gingrich, for his part, thinks D’Souza is a visionary, and he’s been praising the visionary and his book with the patented Gingrichian intensity. D’Souza is the possessor of a 'stunning insight,' Gingrich said recently, in an interview with National Review Online’s Robert Costa. This insight is 'the most profound insight I have read in the last six years about Barack Obama,' Gingrich continued, while poor Costa looked for a table to duck under." "Nobody is mocking community organizers in church basements and community centers across the country working to improve their neighbors' lives. What deserves ridicule is the notion that Obama's brief stint as a South Side rabble-rouser for tax-subsidized, partisan nonprofits qualifies as executive experience you can believe in. What deserves derision is 'community organizing' that relies on a community of homeless people and ex-cons to organize for the purpose of registering dead people to vote, shaking down corporations and using the race card as a bludgeon. . . . Alinsky realized that the answer was politics. In politics, you can steal from people without violence or the risk of getting knocked off yourself. In politics, there is such a thing as legal theft. So Alinsky moved to politics, yet he patterned his political operations on what he learned from crime. Even the term 'community organizer,' which Alinsky invited, is derived from the term 'organized crime.' Alinsky recognized, however, that ripoffs to avoid detection must be camouflaged in the language of morality and social justice. Long before Obama and Hillary, their mentor Alinsky mastered the art of the “fair share” pitch. . . . The mob taught Alinsky, and Alinsky founded a school that taught his methods to scores of disciples, most prominently including a current president, Barack Obama, and an aspiring one, Hillary Clinton. Hillary got to know Alinsky in high school, invited him to speak at Wellesley College and wrote her thesis on him." Jimmy Carter had his Habitats for Humanity, Ronald Reagan had his fencebuilding, and George H.W. Bush had his jumping from airplanes. Now done with the presidency, Obama will return to community organizing. It'll be a different sort of politics and a more dangerous one for Republicans. Obama knows how to use community organizing to pull off ripoffs. But to avoid detection they must be camouflaged in the language of morality and social justice. Obama won't be putting on black Antifa suits anytime soon. However, he'll be twisting arms to help candidates win who will help him with retrieving and preserving his Trump-savaged legacy.

As D'Souza tells it, the U.S. is in danger of becoming like other corrupt third world nations, run by gangs of kleptocrats (e.g., Russia). American liberalism, as D'Souza tells it, is not a movement of ideas at all. It is but a series of scams and cons aimed at nothing less than stealing the wealth of the American people.
The rich are shaking down the nonrich—but it is not political; it is neocons, oligarchs, and the Shadow Government successfully stealing the wealth of the American people
This is partly true. The neocons, oligarchs, and Shadow Government are successfully stealing
the wealth of the American people. To say it is the Democrats is silly—this ripoff is not political. The neocons, oligarchs, and Shadow Government are just as much Republicans as Democrats. Requiem for the American Dream: The 10 Principles of Concentration of Wealth & Power gives us the full scope of the ripoff game in the best book of the 21st century.
The rich have rigged the ladder of class mobility so the nonrich can never climb it
These are simple formulas, folks. The less we get, the more they get. The more they shake down the poor and middle class, the more they engorge their already overflowing bank accounts. It's classic win-lose in a world desperately needing win-win. The only positive perspective here is that they have to leave us enough money so we can buy their products, or they'll end up losing money. See Screwed: The Undeclared War Against the Middle Class—And What We Can Do about It.
Most politicians say they wish to put an end to this screwing of the little guy—and the middle class; but few mean it
Welcome to the Revolution: Universalizing Resistance for Social Justice and Democracy in Perilous Times shows a resistance movement out for social justice and willing to sic Antifa on us if we get in their way. On the other hand, Erasing America: Losing Our Future by Destroying Our Past and SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police (The Laws of Social Justice Book 1) see the other side of the picture. Billionaire at the Barricades: The Populist Revolution from Reagan to Trump sees the conservative side but stumbles badly in trying to be convincing.
Social Justice Warrior assaults are political correctness gone insane—and are anything but correct—they're one of the ugliest forms of authoritarianism since the Inquisition; like Alan Dershowitz says, "These are our future leaders and some of them will maintain those tyrannical views." Of such extremism demagogues are born.
