Our country is bifurcated and politically polarized. It needs not war but devolution. Right will NEVER listen to Left and Left will NEVER listen to Right. But Right can get along with Right and Left can get along with Left. War would devastate the country, and leave only rubble and ashes and shattered lives behind. So devolution it is. Right?
