It is a sad commentary on Obama's corruption that under his watch D’Souza was sentenced to eight months in a state-run confinement center where he lived among hardened criminals. Other people found to have improperly donating money end up with slaps on the wrist or small fines but no prison and if any went to prison it was the country club type with no hardened criminals around, just white collar criminals. The fact that D’Souza had written a book critical of Obama and that fact that the judge was an Obama fan made D’Souza's sentence totally political oppression and nothing less, and made D’Souza a poliical prisoner.
